Someone once asked for a Coke and a Pepsi... and couldn't understand why we couldn't give it to them.

This happens ALL the time. You're waiting in this long line to see that movie you've been dying to see, and you get stuck behind this guy. Or, worse, you're working the release of that movie everyone's been dying to see, trying to ring up this long line, and you get stuck with this guy.

In other news, Happy Birthday to ME! Yesterday was my birthday, and my friends are awesome!

Seriously, why does this happen to us? This is when I stop trying to help and start trying to get this person out of the line...

Anyway, this is in honor of my brother, on his birthday! This happened to him back when Goblet of Fire came out a few years back, and it still makes me laugh! I didn't even put in the full conversation, it took another five or ten minutes to make this person understand that the 5:15 show was THE only one available...
